Bogus Collection Calls
If you have received a call from an agency claiming to be collecting for ArborOne Farm Credit or ArborOne, please be aware that we do not use collection agencies. Do not give the caller any information about you or your account. Immediately notify us by calling Lynette McKenzie at 843.662.1527 or by e-mail LMcKenzie@ArborOne.com . As a rule, if someone contacts you and tries to collect a debt that you do not owe, follow these steps:-Call the police if you believe you are in immediate danger
-Report the incident to your bank and credit card issuers
-Ask the major credit reporting agencies to put a fraud alert on your credit file
-File a complaint at the IC3 website, www.IC3.gov
Customer Bills
ArborOne payments are now processed in Dallas, Texas. Please keep this in mind when mailing payments and allow up to two weeks for arrival. This will prevent late charges and accounts going past 30 days
